TAVA's PR has been so unreliable that if they have mentioned anything regarding NMS for announcement tomorrow, chances are that it won't happen.

Waiting for NMS... By way of review. Last week, Scott told me that he would be talking with NASDAQ this Friday. He was hoping to get NMS, but emphasized this was not a given. TAVA is in a frustrating, low volume/no gain mode right now. I'll give it another couple of months to acquire NMS. If its not a fait accompli by that time,given the fact it appears to meet all NASDAQ NMS requirements, then there's something we don't know about, but NASDAQ obviously does.
