My sources tell me that Bemer is planning on rolling out his product line in early May. I don't think we'll see anything friday or early next week, but TPI and Bemer have been working very closely together. Bemer is particularly fond of (impressed with) one of the TPI engineers. It's clear to me now that Bemer and TPI have an ongoing relationship, but that any agreement would not be exclusive in the sense that we have been led to believe in the past. TPI, quite frankly, over stated their position last year regarding Bemer. However, TPI would still have a major relationship with Bemer.

Bemer does not want such a huge product rolling out through such a small company, so this is of slight concern to me.

Apparently, Bemer has been waiting for TPI to find a beta test subject, but has had trouble doing so. I don't know if this really has any bearing on their negotiations.

The main point is that Bemer and TPI are working together on a daily basis.

Please don't trade based on these comments. Much of it is still up in the air until we see a public statement by the company.
