Very strange. Never got filled yesterday at 0.30 even though over 200,000 shares went by around 0.24/share

What happens if MM's are short and there are 900,000 shareholders for the 600,000 float?

Who pays the dividend or who are the real shareholders?

IS that why I could not get a fill yesterday, and my market order took 1/2 an hour to get filled?
