Chuck, Strange that the FREE Web pages get OTCBB but now that I'm PAYING FOR IT, I don't get those quotes!! :-(
.
My opinion so far... NICE NICE NICE!!!!
You have something here that's going to make the higher-price spreads sit up and take notice!
.
I'm up and running and basically most everything looks GREAT!
Some more questions for you...
.
Can I save (a snapshot) of the time of sales log and the Level II screen to my hard disk in an ACSII file? I see the CUT and PASTE buttons but haven't figured out how to use them yet except to copy tickers from a quote screen.
.
Your telephone support people told me I should have a button just to the right of the [?help] button. I DON'T. Any suggestions?
.
I have noticed a SUFFIX on some on the Market Maker IDs. For example: rather than showing "MASH" I see MASHp or MASHc. Please explain what these optional suffi mean.
.
Can we get BID & ASK on the Quote List?
.
Are further details available on the Market Makers? for example the screen shows MASH. Can I learn the ACTUAL Name? Their phone number and City of Operations? Can I learn the date that they came into the box? i.e. are they a new schyster for the week or a long-time supporter of the stock?
.
VOLUME LEADERS. If I click this I get the NYSE leaders (even though I didn't subscribe to NYSE). How do I get the NASDAQ leaders?
.

Chuck (or anyone), another question... What is the best way to exit? After closing the stock screens I can't seem to shake loose from [Data Manager]. It takes a couple minutes and then I have to answer a couple query boxes that pop up and then it clears RAM and closes down.

Chuck, I hope you can get answers to my questions posted here yesterday.
.
I've since downloaded the MANUAL and the TIPS from the Web site another user posted here. This was helpful.
.
Well,
I was pleased with my first day of usage. The Level II and TofS log paid for themselves already. Good Products!
.
Some comments:
.
Level II seems to have problems. The Bid / Ask / Volume was IDENTICAL on the Quote Screen, Detail Screen the Time of Sales log and the Level II HEADER (as it should be). But the Level II MARKET MAKERS were not current at all! It seemed the Bid side was more current than the Ask side, but at times during the day the Market Makers showed a "crossed market" when in fact there was none.
.
Any idea on what's the story with Level II? TIMELY info IS required. ...But I got through today OKAY. I was going slow for my first day.
.
I got off 6 buys and 4 sells and found my linked BROKER was unable to keep up. Broker said today was a "bad day" So I hope for better performance from both the Broker AND DBC's Level II on Monday!!!
.
Oh, and these comments are just to discuss. I think that the Stock Edge SYSTEM and PRICE is UNBEATABLE!!!!
.
The PRICE I think is being covered by my broker with trading discounts. It's almost a GIMME!!!
