Donald,

<<Our Rabbi is Christian, and loves the grace of G-d as much as anyone I have ever met.>>

I have never in my life heard the term Christian Rabbi. When I search the bible I read the following words from Jesus:

But be ye not called Rabbi: for one is our Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren. And call no man your father upon the earth for one is your Father, which is in heaven.

Could you please justify in your own words how anyone can call themselves rabbi in the light of this and not have a guilty conscience. I don't believe it's wrong to challenge something that could to be a stumblingblock to a believer in Jesus. BTW I also question the Catholics on this issue as well so don't take it as me just singling out the Jews. Remember, your the one who brought it up.

-Chris

Praise God from whom all blessings flow
Praise Him all creatures here below
Praise Him above ye heavenly host
Praise Father, Son and Holy Ghost
Amen.

DLL---you are indeed blessed to be worshiping with God's chosen people that have discovered the Messiah---I know some people that go to their services on Friday night and then attend another church on Sunday. They are getting a double dose of God's teaching, love, and blessing.
May God continue to help you grow in the knowledge, love, and wisdom of his "so great a salvation."

Thanks for your prayers for my wife. She has had quite a "bout" this time around.

Have a sensational balance of the week. Enjoy G-d, Yeshua, and Holy Ghost.
Yes----our God is an awesome God.

B.

Don and Bob,

Don I hope Bob reads this post. I write this with a spirt of true love and devotion to unity amoung believers. Don, greetings my Jewish brother. Your use of the name Yeshua should cause no problem whatsoever, being it is simply the Hebrew word of which the Greek word Jesus comes from. And the same goes for the word rabbi, which is Hebrew for teacher. Let us put aside these trivial matters which have no bearing on ones salvation and concentrate unity. For with unity comes a powerful message to a dying world.

Tom
