For the record, here are Menache's recent trades: (14,583)Apr-96...15.88...1,105...menache vp (1,674)Aug-96....9.13....0.......menache vp (13,417)Feb-98...15.75...3,050...menache vp Notice his recent sale actually resulted in an INCREASE in his common holdings. Which means he had exercised options, held onto the shares for a while, then sold most at higher prices and retained more shares than he's held since before 4/96. Not as bad as it appeared. Hey, he's trading IDTI like many are on this thread! Jackson
