P&F Madness - re: The New Dawn
Jan - Just like duke60, I've decided to go ahead with the subscription and convert my trial before the 2 weeks has ended. I don't want to miss any more of Tom's commentaries!

Jan,

I lurk here alot, and know a few of the members on this thread, and I totally respect your work and Tom's...

My question is I have been trying to follow this P&F charting for a while, and just today signed on for a trial to the web page..

I find myself missing it, and I am sure that is easy to do..

Which of the books would you recommend to read that he has listed there, that would help me understand the theory best?

Another small Q.. how accurate has the system been? And I understand that one would use this info in correlation with other sources too.

I have seen OJ getting into it, and PFE has been great to me, I look forward to learning more...

Thank you for taking a bit of time to answer this post..

E

Good Evening Jan,

" Anyone else have any input. Suggestions and comments welcome."

Welllllll, since you asked.

Three things could make the DWA site the greatest for those of us in the cheap seats. 1) Relative Strength Charts, 2) Relative Strength Charts, and 3) Relative Strength Charts.

In Michael Burke's book "Point & Figure Construction and Formations" (which, by the way, I believe to be the perfect companion to Mr. D's) he begins Chapter 2 with "We think relative strength is the most important tool a chartist should use to make money in the stock market." He's right, and seeing the chart, versus being told what the signal is, is night and day.

Com'on Jan, help us po folks in the $25 seats (they're starting to shrink our P&F charts so we need binoculars to see them) to the promise land of the relative strength chart.

I would be glad to pay a reasonable additional fee/premium for this service.

Better Investing,

Eric
