Paul: No question VRTY is an exceptionally attractive buy at today's close and yesterday's and the day before. I too am tempted to increase my position on VRTY, but each time I think of buzzing my broker, VRTY's price goes lower and lower. I think there is at least one fundamental difference between the Dell/INTC examples and VRTY. What would happen to DELL if Gateway, IBM or COMPAQ gave away PC's for free? Do you think DELL stock would be over 1, if their primary competitor was giving away PC's? Where would INTC be if AMD gave away chips for free? So, here is a situation where the two largest software companies in the world, with unbelievable credibility, resources, depth, cash, etc are giving away what Verity is charging for. Yes, there are some differences, but essentially...
