Pete, Actually, no. Chile is one of my pet projects. They aren't perfect, but it is the best-managed economy in our hemisphere. The only thing I dislike about it is it is awfully small and they don't like foreign owners. I can't say I blame them and you can't expect them to believe that Americans will no longer behave the way we have always behaved in the past. But I still like open secuirites markets. MB
