Hi everyone. Been watching and reading about GIFT since last year. I'm not in yet due to other "plays" holding me down. Concerning a judge's decision bearing factor. 1 - Does an American judge have the legal right to buy American stocks ? (i.e. IBM, or others on the opposition of this patent ). 2- Does an American judge have the legal right to buy onto a stock on a Canadian Exchange ? The answer might shed some light. I'm not a lawyer but I believe that with the size of the High Tech sector in America and its' $$$$ involved in the economy (politically as well )this issue would take priority in starting the hearings process - alot is at stake here. Hearings of this nature are not a short process. any comments ?
