All the more reason to be buying VNTV or CLFY. Big guys like SAP, Baan look for ways to leverage their big salesforces, infrastructures, etc. They need more things to put down their end-user channel. They need ways to expand their market. The CIS and front office guys have barely touched the available market. Off the top of my head, I'd estimate that the sum total of all software licenses sold by these companies isn't even at $1/2 billion yet - and there's probably $10 billion more to be sold. So, more of the VNTV/CLFY guys will get bought. SEBL is just too expensive to swallow right now.
