Sure I'll respond - I don't think you know what you are talking about, unless you like fanning the flames. Windows 98 has the shell/browser integration and a TV tuner that is not WebTV. WebTV requires separate hardware and is mostly designed to render the graphics that are out on the Web reasonably on a TV, this is not what the tuner in Windows 98 is about, the tuner allows Windows 98 to drive TV cards - hardware to allow a computer to decode TV signals and display it on your PC.
