BUFF is essentially a dormant shell. To the best of my knowledge, I don't know they have a product or service and judging by the fact that there are at least 5 or so of these BuffCaps, they were probably created for the sole purpose of being shells to merge into.

Good question. My uninformed thought is that buff doesn't trade at all but will soon once this swap takes place.
