Spoke to Keith today... An update is coming next week with aquisitions lined up. He said that the reverse split is on and will, as far as he can tell, be 300 to 1. He also mentioned that the aquisitions should prevent a drastic drop in the stock price. Also, if the aquisitions come in often enough (A BIG IF), then stock prices should rise. I do want to mention this, I've followed two companies with reverse splits, CAML and UVEW. BOth stock prices jumped initially once the split took place, then slowly declined. Maybe we ought to bail at the moment of truth and jump in later on at a discount. Just my thoughts. Marc
