I think that they call it "full and timely disclosure" -- regulators are kinda picky about these things.

Again, the candor of management will be helpful to us in the future, especially in this kind of skeptical market.

Pooh-pooh this approach today, but you'll be appreciative of it tomorrow. I'll bet on it! ....more than I already have, I mean.

Denis, it's BS. I'm not impressed. Rock chips dive the stock 70 cents, from 4.10 to 3.40! This was not necessary, so who wants the shakeout??
