Hey Doc

Please tell me if this is somewhere in the ballpark.

ADSL has real problem intregrating into a digital loop switch. And somewhere down the ADSL deployment road someone has to answer that solution.

Westell is currently developing a solution that solves that problem for the Lucent's DLC . If and when that solution is available, the Westell solution will be the only solution available for forementioned switches.

And the solution is absolute property of Westell.

Therefore, certain telephony systems with a high concentration of Lucent's digital switches will have to seriously consider the Westell Solution on a cost basis????

If the above is somewhere in the ballpark, will this approuch to serving the ADSL equipment market market actual be a wise thing when the face of the ADSL equip commodized (As you gys can tell I never could spell)????

neal

Thanks

Neal
