Mike and amigos,

Off topic but kind of fun: TONE...announced news late last night that their subsid. Orix. signed a contract with QWST to provide internet hook up, voice and video into latin america. TONE was at .87x93 with total volume on the day of 500...Now for the good part. 8K filed showed that the CEO of Orix had just been charged with several counts of internet fraud involving gaming of some sort from Las Vegas.

Now it get crazy...The stock went from .93 to 2 1/8 today and closed at 1 3/4....Some folks will buy anything...even I would not gamble on that one!!!

BTW RING released great earnings after the bell tonight. Should be a good day tomorrow.

Ken W

Mike and Sergio, thanks for seconding my feelings regards Prudential Securities--my suspicions regards PS actually were started when I read a post many months ago by someone who had been burned badly by buying
and selling on their upgrades and downgrades, they do,more than others, seem to be after the fact--I really wonder about the quality
of their analysts.Buena Suerte,Max

idolove joe and others...please read my first post of 5-7 days ago when i stated that these arbs
have both sides of the coin here..this is not cons panick selling that were seeing..this is a
pounding of the stock in a down ward direction...a very methodical surgical strike of pure
greed...
every single day with no exception for the past 10 days dhi has opened up...for the past 4-5
days since the earnings day,
late in the afternoon someone is shorting or selling huge amounts of
shares...500,000-750,000....possibly some of the cons for
dhi stock..driving the stock into the hole...it just so happens that these same people seem to
have puts and calls on the
stock...right now they seem to be going after the puts...as they are driving the stock down...to
seemingly eventually cash in on the
puts....it just so happened to have an interest rate scare to help them, like they needed it..a
1/4% hike won't hurt the housing sector
for more than a day or 2..
yesterday the only day dhi finished up..they did not late afternoon sell...look at the lower
volume of yesterday..it seems that they gave the stock a "day off" to sorta unwind a bit...and it
did...today everybody thought it was safe and over and a good time to buy...tremendous up
volume...the stock almost hit 19.5...wow...then they came in, driving the stock down again with
huge amounts of late afternoon selling or shorting...they're not finished..
it seems also that these folks really know what there doing...it also seems that we have a few
more down days to come, because they have not cashed in any of the puts yet....check it out at
cboe.com
lets also hope that they really have both sides of the coin...because i believe the stock will go up
just as quick as it went down as they buy back the shares...yesterday and today was a
preliminary show of upward potential...tommorrow beware...
they definately dont want to play the middle of the option..thats not where the money is for
them and greed is what drives them...and also remember if the stock doesn't go up before
expiration, they can always roll over their option positions..
as far as the prudential downgrade..it means 0..a total 0...
hang in there...happy trails...I'm long on dhi..
