Nasdaq compiles data once a month from brokerage firms.
The latest number was collected on 4/14/98 (or 4/15/98
depending on how you count settlement date).

No one is lying- though I must say I got rid of my short position a long time ago at 26 (after bouncing off 22). I'm staying clear of KTEL till this hype dies down.

Need short ideas? Just read what they're pumping on yahoo! ;)
