I know Cramer calls his long positions when he mentions a stock, but does he call his shorts? I only ask because, although he could have taken his pick from among a bushel of back-from-bankruptcy exemplars, he chose GLM for at least the second time. Within the past two months, as I recall, Cramer told this same story with a slightly different twist. That earlier version had him thinking to himself something like 'you are so obviously long' in a condescending smirk toward the GLM proponent. What's his ax that he has to grind it again?

I'd cite the source here but I don't have access to the street, so can't check the archives to quote him directly. Also, since Cramer churns out such a mountain of spew in every conceivable media, it's possible he trotted out his GLM chestnut in some forum other than his online pulpit. (That guy sure is eating into someone else's Warholian fifteen minutes...) Does this ring a bell with anyone?

Next up: a cyber sheet rebuttal to Cramer's bear.
