From the swag of unearned revenue in the balance sheet, I would be amazed if the new rules affected Centura.

I don't believe this will effect product revenues, since I think CNTR only counts revenues it has actually billed for and, since the vast majority of product revenues are for packaged SQLBase and tools licences there are no outstanding deliverables.

On the support side, it may be different. CNTR has support agreements with its resellers, OEM's etc. that stretch over a year at a time. This kind of change makes mandatory that they only account for 1/4 of those revenues each quarter, rather than count the whole thing when it comes in.
