Buddy:

In my opinion the stock market in general does not always make sense. For example, a company can release record, better than expected earnings only to see their share price tumble. Another can release bad news and see a spike upward. I think the BB market is even more crazy. I have no taken the attitude that nothing comes as a shock anymore.

I am not sure the best way to buy but I think overall, this is a good company for the long haul even with all of the market quirks.

Buddy, Personally, I would NEVER, and I don't use absolute terms lightly, place a market order for a penny, especially BB stock overnight. Even during the day, I mostly use limits, unless, I have seen the range tighten and it is below my mental buy-in limits. That's just me, but I think you will find many who agree.

If you will miss the open, I wouldn't sweat it. I don't expect much real action on open since there is no, "for sure" news pending. Yes, there should be a CC around an hour before market close, and yes, there should be something at Edgar, but even the Edgar Post may not be visible to us until Monday or so. If it were me, I'd just wait until I am available to place an order after seeing where things are at, or if I know I won't be in, place a limit order within my mental buying range.

If you use a service like NDB Online, or some others, sometimes, you will get price improvement on your order if the ask is lower than your offer. Sometimes, the MMs will up their ask before or at open, and pluck your order like a ripe cherry. Either way, you get it at your price or better.

Well, those are MY thoughts, anyway. Best of luck to you.

Buddy,
IMO, the only way to place an order is with a limit. I'm pretty sure there won't be anything to miss until finances are released. However, I think the long term holds wonderful things for those of us who don't take our profits and run. Ira + hot industry + acquisitions + time = A GREAT COMPANY All my opinion.

Be Happy,

WALLEYE
