Actually my friend pretty much liquidated his position about 10 days ago or so when the share price dropped. He wonders where the money will come from and didn't really think this deal would materialize. I need to call him to see his reaction to these latest developments. He is a shareholder from before the company went public and saw the price go up substantially but was not permitted to sell. gw
