Dear Mr. Ryan:

The annual report strictly a black and white affair--with no photos. The company has no money and employs an accounting firm that specializes in bankuptcies and penny stocks to cover up the fact that it is a fraud.

(Do you think Mr. Pink could say such things about a legitimate company without bringing about a suit?)

This company fears nothing more than greater scrutiny.

What do you think the regulators would have to say about the specious accounting? the insurance that is in jeopardy? Ricearoni's failure to disclose his bankruptcy proceedings? the undisclosed insider sales by NTS? The bogus "research reports" by phony analysts paid with warrants by the company? Stonkus' undisclosed criminal past? The bogus offices they are opening which they rent for less than $1,000 per month? Eli Eisenberg's phony resume, Freedman's fraudulent affiliation with a non-existent broker dealer? The bogus BVI finance company which is a front for Aharoni's Israeli mobster associates?

No sir, these guys want to keep it all a secret. But in the end, good shall prevail and ACRT shares will end up in the dumpster and Amos will end up in jail where he belongs.

Mr. Pink
