fernando- I have also been watching this stock since bb and Juanita started the site. I got in on the "fire sale" today and will buy some more if it goes down at all. I've tracked quit a few different people and their stock picks but IMHO Juanita is one of the better ones, bottom line is that she's right most of the time. It takes guts to put those picks out for all to see up front, most tell us what they did after the fact. Not that I don't believe them it just leaves to many ?. As far as your questions goes , I believe that bb has answered both of those in his post # 2 and 32, in may not be exactly what your looking for, but it's close. Good luck John

Hi Fernando - Jaws will not have to pay out the $5M if someone does crack the code - the insurance company is on the hook for that. Jaws has to pay a premium of course, probably in the neighbourhood (Canadian spelling!) of 12-15K.

EBIZ was basically a shell that the owners of Jaws acquired. This is not a case of the same owners, products, etc. simply changing the name to Jaws.
