- There's close to a 179,000 share short position.

- I'm not saying anything until the May 15th numbers are released. But things could get interesting if there's a large enought short position; with such small number of shares in the float.

- As it stands now, 179,000 shorts - & I think only like 5 mill or so shares total - that's only like 3%.

- Let's see what happens.

Day traders shorting when they feel the price is too high would make sense. Also some momentum players probably got out. Your explanation would seem to fit the pattern of recovering at the end of the day.
