Do not expect to see much there except for expenses over the next 2 years. I expect that they (the other side) will settle before trial but after running up around 3 years of lawyer expenses (they need to do that to justify it to the judge). I expect the settlement to be for around $30M, with the lawyers getting about $15M directly and another $3-5M for administrating the settlement. You can figure out how much you will get from the settlement. Personally, I have about 200-300 shares bought through ESOP (during the class period) that would show about $15 average loss per share. If you figure out 100M shares with an average loss of $10, you can see that the settlement is likely to be about $.01 per dollar loss.
