BUZZ--In any SEC investigation, the first thing they look at will be trading records. Date, times, buys, sells, when buys were posted in public, etc. Frontrunning???? Dumping at the apex????
I would guess that could be trouble. Depends if there is a disclaimer.

You have to be a damn fool to pay anybody for the picks they want you to buy, they get paid twice that way and have just as many losers as winners, people are just to lazy to do it themselves... wise up all. They can also sell while your buying late. Notice how lots of stocks move up big at the open then pullback after you jump in at the higher price, who do you think is selling????
