KRD and all, I am not saying this in anyway to degrade or erode Jack Arnolds credibility, personally I still think he is doing what he can to correct some of these problems. I can sit here and type a 5000 word post on why I think that, but after talking with him, (and this was not a nicey nice please spoon feed me crap kind of conversation I had with him.) I understand the situation he has gotten into, and how he is trying to do to correct some of these things. Now I am just as frustrated and irratated as the rest of you are about this, but I am not ready to sacrifice him to the gods of OTC just yet. I think the credibility factor lies in the other party WOTD, so far we have seen nothing but smoke and mirrors from these guys, all talk and nothing to base any type of investment decisions on.(JMHO) Jack Arnold is in a very sensitive position, trying to strike a balance and deal that will allow both parties to benefit from this merger. I dont like these broken deadlines and I dont like this news blackout, it is working against us and CVIA at the moment, but we have already suffered through two horrendus PRs and really do not need another, until some good news is ready. Now I am willing to give him just a little longer with all this, and yeah the lawyer is on the sidelines with his motor running, but will only use him when it has become clear that in the final deal some anti share holder actions have taken place. Now like I said before if you all disagree with me I will be happy to put you in contact with him and you can put your name on the dotted line and fork over the cash....
