I have been following the stock closely for several months..No guarantees; but the pending information on the upside far exceeds downside risk..Thats how I look at it....No, I dont think the stock is going to be bought...But I do believe they have mega contracts to be announced....I have 5% of my overall portfolio in this stock; which is the highest concentration my fund generally allows....$2MM in mtm profit on ETEL; $1.50 per share in cash; No long term debt; large contracts to be announced; resolution of losing subsidiary....SO the risk is not that high relative to the potential reward..THAT is where I'm coming from.......And of course, institutional coverage that will lead to institutional buying...and large block buying in the last 2,3 weeks for the first time since they called the warrants....No insider selling, only buying...and a few other things that need to be finalized....
