I do agree that the market makers will probably "use" Tracer to their advantage after the consolidation. However, the only way that you can get rid of the problem of their manipulation of the market is to attract sponsorship and an institutional following for the company, which will not happen if it is trading for pennies. This is another reason why I feel the roll-back is absolutely necessary.
