(CPU - news) on Wednesday reported fiscal third-quarter earnings fell 22 percent from a year earlier to $25.4 million, hit by disappointing sales and higher costs.CompUSA, which is fighting a securities fraud lawsuit filed by shareholders, said business conditions remain weak and it expects a decline in same-store sales in the current quarter. Previously it said it expected same-store sales to be flat.
