Annual report of STRR is very brief; cash is strapped; and burn rate is over running the available credit. Director Schantz is a consultant in imaging, which is a very small part of the document management business today. Some one in Internet expertise is needed. But most of all, some professor in marketing and business administration or management is needed. Dr. Ravin's medical expertise also should be replaced with computer expertise for systems at CDT. Although I voted for all of them, some changes are necessary. Mr Maxwell has to help them with some financing advice again. General Electric is still the largest stockholder with 11+% of common stock. There is no time to waste.
