MSB, to me it is important to be as historically accurate as possible. While most Christians are good and decent people, there are some that are racists, and a much smaller group that even commits hate crimes against people of color. So to me Christianity would be much improved in the sense of telling the truth, if Christ were represented as what he really was--a dark brown person. Then maybe people who were racists or committed hate crimes, or advocated white supremacy, would go a worship some other deity and stop smearing Christianity with their prejudices and hatreds. I just don't think this negative stuff belongs to Christianity at all!!
