Ops...made a mistake. Meant to say current management of Ballard sold millions of dollars worth of stock in the $165 range...not millions of shares. Ballard lost $1.37 per share last year, $1.12 the year previous.

Doug, I originally bought Forecross for their migration capability! Wasn't up on how big the Y2K market would be. There will continue to be quite a migration business as time goes on. Of course the shorter term is a huge Y2K market to tackle that they will help tackle. I hear a rumor that BDM is opening a Washington office. When the government panics which will be after 1998 elections, Forecross will be there. My bet is that they will sell a Washington DC area distributorship. Just my speculation.
