I agree with your outlook. If I was in a state that stopped me from getting 98 I would be a little upset. I think most of this is for high visibility press. I have never been more embarrassed of our government than when I watched Orin Hatchet chair the panel. Most of them I think didn't even know how to get on the web let alone question someone with any degree of intelligence.

I would have to get 98 in spite of any boycott by a state I lived in. I do think that Bill should let up a little since this will proceed as did the IBM debacle with the Justice department. The more he fights the more crap they bring to the outhouse.

It's amazing how some people base their investment decisions on such ignorance. The states are filing in a federal court which means that any ruling would be nation wide. End of story.
