I won't be contacting Mr. Guffey again until the week beginning 5/11.
That's when I'll be asking for the phone number and access code for
the replay of the conference call after results are announced for the
3/31/98 quarter. Mr. Guffey is very patient about answering questions
from investors, and I really don't want to use his time inquiring about
rumors.

Right now, I'm more interested in looking at the results that have
already been announced by ATCT's competitors. There is plenty of
information to catch up on while I'm waiting to find out how ATCT did
last quarter. I'll post anything that I think will be of interest to
the thread.

Regarding Cin.Bell's plan to spin off Matrix in an IPO, Phil was right
to demure. The best place to get information regarding the plans for
Matrix would be Cincinatti Bell.

However, the observation that a few more analysts might come to the
table as a result of the (rumored) spin off of Matrix was reasonable.
We may well see a little bump as sector attention increases.
