OT for some--- Sorry, just the depression talking last night. Help from US and the rest of the world for the old russian nuclear reactors would be crucial to a lot of life as some know it. I could be wrong but it seems like part of the main obstacle is the russians (and bulgarians?) themselves. I remember seeing a 60 minutes type program on denial of some of them at the reactors to recieve any assistance, for trying to stabilize them, even before y2k problems were well known.
