I don't think it's that simple.

Tech stocks want to go up, all they need is an excuse. I don't think current earnings factor in much right now, it's what they say. I'll be listening closely.

I'm 6 hours behind the East Coast. The market closes at 10:00am my time. I don't know of any software but I'm familiar with my time zones through occupation.

I clicked on my little clock on my screen and a little world map popped up. It asked for time zone and it shows the list of time zones (and delta from greenwich mean time). If you select, it automatically shows the time. I think this is standard on Windows 95.
