SEAN, i would like to remind you in about six months what you said about boston gardens.. the price will be much higher, and folks will tell you, then, at the higher price , that the stock is a bagain.. they do not own the real estate, they pay rentals. now the good part is the shorts had increased about 1.5 million more shares last month then, the bad part is that w need one more quarterly report to get out the wrinkles in the reporting. remember, royalties, advertising fees and such are gone and the bottom line is in effect. me? i am bullish long term. short term? like you stated. lots of negative thinking
