s martin: I didn't know that post.
I believe that the idea that a MM must inspect is a crock.
(I could be wrong, though)
I believe that once a CPA signs off on the Financials,(unqualified, of course) the MM is cleared if he relys on that report.
If that were not the case, then MM's would be spending all their time double checking what was presented by the CPA's.
(correct if I am wrong, please.)al
