Imal!
You made it back to the land of Luxor! You may not want to go too far "off topic" with a story or two about South America so shoot me an E-mail sometime if you get a chance.

Meanwhile, back at Luxor, we humble stockholders are waiting patiently for any news we can get. I have been very pleased with the way the stock is behaving these days. No extreme run ups in either direction. Just quiet steady accumulation by those of us who are new to the company and some of us "old timers" who can't resist acquiring more of a good thing.

It appears that the staff are quite busy right now handling inquiry calls from builders and potential investors. In their spare time, they are getting ready for the annual stockholder's meeting on the 26th. This year I got all my proxies well in advance of the meeting which I consider a very good sign. All the material accompanying the notice of the meeting was a good review of what I understood the company's financial situation to be at the end of last year. Once again, no surprises.

You made reference to possible offers for the company. I can only speak for myself when I say that I haven't ridden this train this long to bail out at the first sign of somebody with a handful of cash. The first question I would like to ask a potential buyer in such situations is, " if YOU want to buy the company, why do I want to sell it to you?". In other words, if your information is correct and some folks are lining up to offer to buy it, why should I be real excited about handing my shares over for a few short-sighted bucks? Just my opinion of course and I would much appreciate hearing from Double E and Gerald and yourself and any "lurkers" out there.

Again,
welcome back!
