SVHP, failing to win the SUN contract was a major loss, regardless of whether SUN develops a switch on its own, goes with Arcxel/Vixel, Brocade of someone else. This was a fair competition for a straight storage product, and we simply didn't win for reasons not yet explained. On the other hand, this Company has competed for, and won some business with IBM, which I consider very important, and now appears to be on the cusp of a major piece of work for Boeing. That work may be ongoing as I type, and perhaps there will be an announcement, perhaps not (there has been no separate announcement of the followon business with IBM). If, on the other hand, after working with Ancor for some time, thoroughly testing Ancor's switches in the AWACS context, Boeing heads in another direction, then either the Ancor product just doesn't perform as well as we hope in an array of circumstances, Ancor personnel have not shown that it can work with another group on a sustained basis, or the switch is simply not needed at this time for the applications that people want now. . . .or maybe it's just another piece of bad luck. I hope we hear about major work for Boeing, or Litton, or IBM, or about an OEM some time before the end of this year. It also is important to remember that Brocade has not announced any blockbuster news about business it has gotten that Ancor competed for, the PR machine over there broke down and is now missing a part for some unexplained reason and we have some indication that the lack of OEM announcements by anyone has nothing to do with Ancor but with the market (other than the SUN decision which has not been explained). Many chapters have not been written, but I agreed that it will take a long time for this to play out.
