GRIM, I'm surprised that you don't know about Starwave. This is the company's whose technology drives many web sites, probably the most well-known being the ESPN web site. IMO, this is a coup for Disney as Starwave is a company with some very talented people. Paul Allen (MSFT co-founder) was an early investor in Starwave and he's got a very good track record of tech investments. -tk
