Well, we are having a good late night chat. It is 10:30 p.m. here, so
I hope no one is staying up until 1:30 a.m.

Somewhere I heard that the float for ESVS is only around 500,000. If
so, then it should be even more sensitive to good news (and bad news). But again, I
am an amateur at this, and have not verified numbers.

This does remind me of one point. Before the NETZ "strategic alliance" it looked like ESVS
was going nowhere in a hurry. Sales dropping, profits dropping, etc.
I don't see anything redeeming about it, nor does it make sense
that it (of all things) can raise $50mm, unless there is a pot of
gold at the end of a rainbow, or some great new strategic alliance which
will create a great opportunity for ESVS. Well, that can only be
NETZ, because nothing else looks like it is coming down the pike.
Thus, my belief that we watch ESVS more closely (stock volumes and price movements) to see what is
happening over there, with its tiny float. It may be the best
barometer (with reasonable volume, of course) of all.
