Annual General Meeting - Vancouver, B.C.

Conversation with John Auston Re: Data generated by analyses of chips from reverse circulation drill holes for K3, K95, WP. Apparently Ashton is in `hurry-up' mode and has therefore decided that data gathered by this method will have to do. They have 18 months to define the property to be kept out of the 28 million acres they have tied up. The benefits of drilling with a reverse circulation drill are:
- can be moved quickly from site to site
- fast penetration of overburden
- quick test results: the `core' material is all ground up and requires less further processing plus it uses water in the process and some of the overburden and fines are already separated. The result is cruder but faster and much cheaper.

You can expect the next results from the last six drill holes (K11, K15, K10, K32, K92, K93), also reverse circulation data, to come in about three weeks. Auston says it will likely be in two reports. Most of these drill holes are in a kimberlite cluster due east of K14.
Trivia: `WP' stands for `Willow Pad' which is a description of the flora in the vicinity.

Hope this helps.
