R.G: You have rightly pointed out the need for Rev and income to increase. Without such growth , higher prices cannot be attained.

The question now is whether the Market has the spare capacity to absorb new Sales. If such spare capacity exists,where does it exist & how will it be carved up between the other players.?

I trust some Sales and Marketing members may help to resolve these issues.
