All I can say is, you shoulda bought a Mac.

I absolutely, positively refuse to provide support for Windows users. After spending the last 10 years dealing with boneheaded decisions and poorly written software, I think anyone who buy's a PC deserves the pain they get. I program a PC only because that's what my job is.

Since I reinstalled win95 a couple weeks ago, my net surfing is slower and sometimes crawls like a snail. SI site is especially slow (is it just me?)
I've used MTUSpeed to 'speed' it up, but no avail. My average transfer rate is ~ 14,000 (got 33.6 modem, and pre-reinstall average transfer rate is 28 to 30k)
Any suggestions to resolve this?

I'd make sure your port settings / modem settings aren't set for 14400 operation. That's what it sounds like.
