Good morning Frank. Re: Have you ever seen that many cry babies?

In the GVT? Are you kidding?

Intc. Thanks for that article on Costa Rica. I don't remember reading about the trouble on this high voltage thing but am glad that it is resolved. Intc will have 3000 people employed at this plant? Or was it 7000? Quite a difference but I can't remember now. Intel is also a target of the GVT now. I think all good cos. in the tech area are starting to be a target. Maybe we are trying to help China out? After all, they are starting to come on.

Msft. I can't believe that GVT is getting into the business of interfering so strongly in successful American businesses. You would think that they would be happy to have some areas where we can compete in the world. It's almost like they are out to destroy business. No wonder cos. are moving off shore. Instead of supporting them, they try to destroy them. Maybe our good tax bases will all end up in friendlier climates. Let's see how good GVT will be with taking care of their business, especially looking into their year 2000 problem. Industry, that wants to have Windows 98, is now writing letters to the GVT warning of great harm to the industry if GVT keeps interfering.
