Up until a month or so ago I was strictly and investor in S&P companies. I've recently made a few bucks investing in BB and/or under $5 stocks. I don't want to confuse market acumen with dumb luck--it's still too early for me to make that kind of a call.

My question is why omit that constellation of companies when they clearly have the most profit ( as well as loss, sure ) potential.
Again, I'm new to this territory but have their not been cases when BB's ( or under $3 ) stocks crossed over into the " legitimate " zone?

My understanding is that Yahoo is a case study. Please correct if I'm wrong.
