If a company eludes to the fact or comes right out and tells the public that posoitive news will be released,... I have no reason to think that positive news will not be released. CXI has been very careful in not saying when as they CANNOT control the ARMY and the Army must publish first. The fact that they had every anticipation that the news was to be a couple of days ago is not "credibility" on the part of the Army, but rather a lack of focus on publishing for OUR sake. And it certainly has nothing to do with the credibility of CXI. Investor shareholders certainly know "how to behave", as you put it. They simply hold. Charger
